1. Acceptance

By opening glimplayx.com or launching the GlimPlayX demo you agree to these terms. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please stop using the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. You must also be somewhere that permits access to games of this type. It is your responsibility to know the law where you are; we do not provide legal advice on local restrictions, and we may block access from jurisdictions where the content is not permitted.

3. What the demo is

The demo runs on virtual credits. Those credits cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, withdrawn or converted into money or anything of value, and a demo balance carries no entitlement of any kind. The demo exists so you can learn the pace and rules of a round before deciding whether the game is for you.

Results in the demo are produced by the same random number generator logic as the full game, but a run of good or bad demo rounds tells you nothing about future rounds anywhere.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the game client or its network traffic.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, automated clients or any tool that plays rounds without a person present.
• Do not attempt to gain access to systems, accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not overload the service with artificial traffic or attempt to interrupt it for other users.
• Do not present the game or this site as your own, or use it to mislead anyone.

We may restrict or withdraw access from anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The GlimPlayX name, logo, interface design, written copy and page layouts are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may link to the site freely. You may not copy, republish or adapt its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Game artwork shown on this site remains the property of its respective rights holders.

6. Availability

We try to keep the site online continuously but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider incidents and issues outside our control can all interrupt access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

7. External links

Some pages link to sites we do not run. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control the linked sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for what happens on them. Read their terms and privacy policies before using them.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms as the site develops. The current version is always the one published here, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer in the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
